上星期四我们学校举行了一次秋季运动会,我是班里的名将,当然要大显身手了,这次比赛我参加了800米长跑和接力赛。比赛要开始了,我匆匆赶到比赛现场,60米赛跑开始了,60米赛跑是小组赛,每5人一组,第一组就有我,体育老师一吹哨我们就想跑也不敢跑,怕抢跑被罚出场,体育老师和我们说:“我一吹哨你们就跑。”我们都点点头,体育老师又吹哨了,我们像火箭一样冲了出去,最后我以绝对的优势获得了冠军。
体育老师宣布说:“请参加200米的同学到比赛场地集合。”我听不是我参加的项目,我可以休息休息了。我有点沾沾自喜。
800米长跑开始了,体育老师吹哨了,我并没有快跑,只是跟在别人后面慢慢的跑,我们班的两个没有参加长跑比赛的同学,一边跟着我跑一边给我加油鼓劲,在我跑到我们班的领地的时候,我们班的同学连蹦带跳的扯着嗓子为我加油,最后我以第2名的成绩告终。跑完后我已经气喘吁吁了,同学们都来祝贺我。
运动会激烈的进行着,到接力赛了,由我安排出发顺序,第一杨雪莹,第二金北平,第三胡欣智,第四聂海鑫,第五才是我。开始了,我们跑的差不多,到了第三位其他班的就已经明显落后于我们班了,我们班就稳操胜券了。我们胜利了。

从小,我是一个又瘦又弱的小孩儿,根本达不到一般孩子应该有的强壮。不但身材不高,还经常请假去看病,吃药,打针不断,别人都喊我“弱不禁风的林黛玉”。
我变成这样,还真得从自身找原因。我小时候一点儿也不喜欢运动,当别人在运动场上生龙活虎、大汗淋漓做运动的时候,我就坐在一边静静的看,从来不参与其中,所以我的运动能力很差劲儿。跑步跑不了几步就气喘吁吁,跳绳跳不了几个就败下阵来,仰卧起坐一个也起不来,羽毛球打不出去也接不住。自己的体质这么差还不运动,这让爸爸妈妈天天愁眉不展。
可是,现在的我和以前不一样了,知道了运动可以让身体更健康的道理。于是,不论刮风下雨,在爸爸妈妈的带领下都坚持锻炼。
刚开始锻炼时,我感到每一项运动都很艰难,实在坚持不住了,还眼泪汪汪地大声告诉爸爸妈妈:“我不想锻炼啦,别逼我!”那时我恨透了他们,可是他们一点儿也不生气,还态度很和蔼的给我讲锻炼的重要性,让我必须要坚持下去,态度很坚决。看他们态度这样坚定,再想想自己的体质。于是,我不再有不想运动的想法了。
从此以后,我每天都做好运动。时间长了,我发现了自己变了……不再像以前那样经常生病了,身体强壮了,做什么事都有精神儿了。现在我跑50米超不过十秒,跳绳一连能跳一百多个,和别人对打羽毛球输的绝对不是我,大家都对我投来赞许的目光,爸爸妈妈脸上也露出了久违的笑容。要知道,从五年级到现在,我还没有得过一次感冒呢,厉害吧!“哈哈……”我再也不是以前那个弱不禁风的“林黛玉”啦!

我是在五年级时爱上了打羽毛球。以前的我,总是认为打羽毛球很简单就学会了。可当我真正触摸到羽毛球,就连握拍的方式都不懂。
有一次在操场上体育课,体育老师让我们练习一下打羽毛球。只见其他同学打起球来威风凛凛。而我既羡慕有嫉妒,也想练一下。可当我把球高抛起来,把羽毛球拍用力一甩,不但没打着,还把球拍打掉在地上。就这样,我反复练习,却还没成功。有点灰心丧气。这时,同桌走过来,拍拍我的肩膀,细细的跟我讲:“打羽毛球应该是正直吊直线球和对角线球,头顶吊直线球头顶吊对角线球,反手吊直线和反手吊对角线球。掌握正确的握拍方式是打好羽毛球的第一步。
接着,她让我反复练习挥拍。“羽毛球是一种全身运动,每一次挥拍都要调动身体上下各方面的肌肉去配合。”她认真地与我讲解。听了这些,我恍然大悟。
直到现在,我已经不再羡慕那些会打羽毛球的同学们了。
