在课业繁重的今天，我们可以利用网络来舒缓压力;在生活乏味的今天，我们可以利用网络来增添情趣。
现在我们已经进入高中了，可以说，高中是读书阶段最难熬的时候：课业压力大，考试频繁。每次一回到家我都想扔掉那个书包，再也不管它，我去疯我的，让它静静地躺在那儿。可是过不了多久，我就会走回到它身边，我还是被它打败了。无奈的拿起了跟了我两年的书包，再很无奈的拿出那些书，翻开他们，又做了起来。生活就是如此矛盾，就像一个南方人到了北方，开始觉得北方的面条、馒头也挺好吃，可是吃久了就会厌了、腻了，尽管如此，还是不得不吃。
后来我家买了电脑，爸爸一再告诫我不要沉迷于网络。是的，我答应了。只是在我不开心的时候，打开酷我搜索着歌曲。歌曲是最放松人得心情的。打开了一首欢愉的歌，听了歌，就觉得心情好了很多。在网络里我可以找到我的另一片天地，那里只有我、只有我，我可以自由的飞翔，自由的驰骋，没有约束，没有烦恼。它可以鼓励我，使我有动力再去奋斗、拼搏。在网络上更可以帮助我的学习，在我不懂时，我可以打开电脑，那里有我想要的解题方法、技巧。

我的爸爸妈妈小时候家里穷，什么先进的东西都没有，在他们的青春时代只能背朝烈日脸朝黄土的干活，就算汗水浸湿了他们的衣衫，他们也不能停下来。如今生活水平越来越高了，得空的时候爸爸妈妈可以利用网络来找寻他们错过的青春时代的脚印：他们时而关心一下时事，跟我讨论讨论哪里哪里有为什么打仗了，哪里哪里有怎么会出交通事故啦等等;时而看一部七八十年代的电影，看得他们热泪盈眶，回忆着当年的一些事情;时而在听听音乐;时而上上网聊聊天，爸爸戏说：这又不是你们年轻人的专利。

信息时代的生活大体有以下一些益处，
一是沟通更加便捷和快速，以前需要八百里加急，在今天仅需几秒钟，以前必须面对面，而今可以在互联网实现视频互联，在不同的角落可是很快了解到你想知道的信息；
